TDWI (tdwi.org), a division of 1105 Media. Inc., is a leading provider of education and research for data professionals. We are currently seeking a Program Manager to manage and support activities associated with the delivery of TDWI’s Enterprise Learning Solutions, which include: in-person custom corporate learning (onsite or virtual), professional development subscriptions and online learning, and additional consulting services. The successful candidate will coordinate all aspects of program delivery, including customer contact and follow-up, contract creation and processing, account management and tracking, accounting, and coordination of demand generation activities with other departments of TDWI.


This position is fully remote and can be based in Seattle or Boston.


Essential Job Functions:
 
  • Coordinate all aspects of closed enterprise learning accounts, including contract creation and processing and program delivery (virtual and in-person professional development).
  • Manage all communications with TDWI’s global enterprise learning clients and TDWI Enterprise Learning Instructors.
  • Coordinate and maintain client database to support sales.
  • Manage virtual delivery of live and on-demand training and deployment of learning materials.
  • Work with TDWI marketing and web development departments to manage promotional campaigns to drive demand for TDWI’s Enterprise Learning Solutions.
  • Work closely with 1105Media corporate accounting department and utilize internal accounting software to manage contracts, invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, directed, or requested to support TDWI’s Enterprise Learning department.

Required experience:
  • Demonstrated excellence in organization, project management skills, and customer service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-starter, highly motivated to contribute to the success of the organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with tracking leads and customer contacts in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Technically adept with proven abilities to quickly learn new software tools and technologies
  • Four-year college degree
  • Two+ years in a business environment demonstrating project management and coordination with a diverse set of responsibilities
Preferred experience:
  • Experience in sales or sales support
  • Experience in information technology, data management, or analytics field
  • Experience working with an international clientele

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 depending on experience and education. TDWI also offers a comprehensive benefits package, a 401k Savings Plan as well as a generous amount of time off.
