Sales Administrator

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a meticulous and adaptable Sales Administrator who will be responsible for supporting the 1105 Media Education Group sales team.  The Sales Administrator will process contracts, maintain and update reporting and customer records, and ensure an overall seamless sales process. This role will also focus on business development to penetrate new accounts and increase existing marketing presence.

To be successful, the right candidate will have superb customer service and organizational skills and a strong desire to grow client relationships.

This is a remote position.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Receive and process contracts/insertion orders
  • Support the sales team with RFP development and contract development as needed
  • Meticulously review client information and instructions for each order to ensure all information is correct
  • Provide timely and accurate communication to all internal departments
  • Collaborate with the Education Group sales team to ensure all client needs are met
  • Accelerate growing advertising business through knowledge of the Education Group’s products, deliverables, and metrics
  • Prospect new accounts to drive new business acquisition
  • Perform other duties as assigned, directed or requested

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Team-centered orientation, and a collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Exceptional customer service and communications skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 year experience in inside sales preferred

Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
