Online Production Coordinator

1105 Media, Inc. is a leading provider of business-to-business media services in the ABM, big data, education, enterprise computing, and infrastructure markets.




Our Data Services Group is currently seeking an Online Production Coordinator. The Online Production Coordinator is responsible for managing and trafficking advertising campaigns running on the 1105 Media web sites and e-Newsletters.


This position requires a personable, self-motivated and proactive person with an eye for detail and a strong understanding of internet technologies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in digital media operations or online advertising operations. Superior organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities


 
  • Audit and finalize online insertion orders received through the IOS management system
  • Collect ad creative, copy, click URLs, or any other digital ad materials from advertisers ensuring they adhere to 1105 MEDIA standards and specifications
  • Reinforce and communicate digital ad specifications and policies with internal and external customers
  • Site trafficking: Using DoubleClick DFP, implement and manage all online campaigns
  • Ensure campaigns meet start and end date requirements and perform to the client’s expectations
  • Troubleshoot broken creative, under/over delivery and other reporting discrepancies
  • Run inventory forecasts and update inventory management spreadsheets
  • Run and/or develop reports for sales representatives, clients and other 1105 Media personnel
  • E-Newsletter trafficking: Using In-House software applications implement and manage all designated Newsletter campaigns
  • Ensure campaigns meet flight dates and perform to the client’s expectations
  • Troubleshoot broken creative and work with advertisers to rectify
  • Manage and update inventory management spreadsheets
  • Run and/or develop reports for sales representatives, clients and other 1105 Media personnel
  • Communicate with sales representatives regarding campaign performance and client delivery expectations with the intention to recommend or develop execution strategy, resolve discrepancies or optimize ROI
  • Work with management to develop performance metrics for strategy and planning initiatives


Qualifications

 
  • Minimum two years online ad trafficking experience using DoubleClick DFP
  • Familiarity with other third party ad serving programs and technologies (Atlas, Eyeblaster, Sizmek, Pointroll, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Fat Tail’s AdBook management solution a plus
  • Knowledge of digital files such as PDF, JPG, GIF, SWF required
  • Familiarity with Photoshop, ImageReady, Flash or other image software
  • Strong technical background (Flash, HTML, iFrame/JavaScript, audio/video files, etc.)
  • Customer Service and/or Technical Support experience within digital media or digital sales
  • Ability to foster and manage relationships across multiple departments
  • Ability to address both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Must be very organized and able to multi-task
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel and Word as both are used on a daily basis
  • Must be a problem solver with attention to detail
  • Excellent phone and communication skills and a positive attitude
