Agency@1105, 1105 Media’s internal B2B marketing services and advertising agency, seeks a seasoned agency professional looking to make a lasting impact on a growing and dynamic agency. As part of the 1105 Media family of brands, Agency@1105 has the unique advantage of leveraging our established expertise in IT content development, marketing strategy, events and lead generation to extend its existing vast portfolio into more customized branding, design, media planning, research and other strategic capabilities.

 

The Director of Business Development and Partnerships’ main responsibility will be to lead all B2B sales initiatives for the agency, leveraging their contacts, network and B2B industry expertise to drive new business, while nurturing and growing our existing clientele. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven history of developing a robust client base for a B2B agency focused on delivering marketing services. Additionally, this position will be crucial in the program development, creative strategy and the building of new monthly initiatives designed to drive revenue.

 

This position will also secure and maintain partnerships with freelancers, marketing technology companies, and other appropriate firms, to help support and fulfill our programs. Because every campaign is different, this individual will have the creative freedom to work closely with Agency@1105’s leadership team to develop unique and meaningful marketing solutions tailor-made for our clients.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Drive all B2B Marketing Services sales initiatives, independently and in collaboration with marketing, to create new opportunities, nurture existing client relations, and grow our pipeline to hit monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue targets
  • Contribute to daily and long term agency business strategies, communicating market trends, market sentiment, and opportunities for success
  • Participate in the creation of unique program development, market strategy and other initiatives based on industry needs
  • Develop client specific sales presentations, statements of work, and close deals that maximize agency profit margins
  • Develop relationships with freelancers and other partners to expand agency capabilities

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous B2B Agency and/or Marketing Services sales experience (5+ Years ideal)
  • Candidate should have an extensive network of clients and prospects and proven record of account conversions
  • Previous experience with a wide range of programs including large-scale Brand Identity and Rebranding, Video, Website Design and Development, Strategy and Analytics
  • Ability to hit the ground running due to a robust, personal list of potential prospects
  • Willingness to jump in and grow with an energetic start-up
  • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities with promptness, efficiency and ease
